These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) together with our Privacy Policy govern your use of www.moyrastamping.com website and your relationship with Benevia Ltd (“we” or “us”) and set out the legal terms and conditions on which we sell any of our products to you. By ordering any of our products you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We amend these Terms from time to time. Each time you wish to order products please check the Terms to ensure you understand the Terms which will apply at that time.
SHOPPING ON MOYRASTAMPING.COM
Please note we deliver products only to the countries which are on the list of countries displayed when you enter the webshop. If you wish to buy our products from a country which is not listed, please contact our local resellers the list of which can be found at the Resellers menu.
When you place an order for a product on our website you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.
You can place an order as guest or as a registered buyer. If you register yourself on our website, you will be able to review your orders and details at any time.
When you place your order online we will send you automatically an email to confirm that we have received it. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order and all orders are subject to availability. If any of the ordered products is not available we will contact you by email and will not process your entire order.
We may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at our sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.
PRICE
The price for each Product on www.moyrastamping.com is shown in US Dollars (“USD”) and includes the VAT at the applicable rate, but does not include delivery costs.
In case of orders with total value below USD 75, we charge a standard USD 15 delivery cost, irrespective of the delivery address. Orders with value above USD 75 are delivered free of charge.
Prices for our products may change from time to time but changes will not affect any order placed on the website for which we have issued an order confirmation.
PAYMENT
Payment for the products and all applicable delivery charges is in advance.
CREDIT CARD
When using a credit/debit card, you will be redirected to the payment page of our payment gateway provider, Barion.
Barion is a secure and comfortable online payment solution provided by Barion Payment Inc (license number H-EN-I-1064/2013) that allows customers to use their Credit Cards by providing their card number, the card’s expiry date and CVV number with a working e-mail address.
Using this payment method is free, there are no extra charges involved.

PAYPAL
Customers are entitled to pay their orders via PayPal using their own PayPal account. To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the internet.
DELIVERY AND CHARGES
Shipping may take 2-14 business days. Duty charges may apply at the discretion of customs. These charges differ from country to country and are the customer’s responsibility.
Our logistic partners are FedEx and Hungarian Post (and its local partners).

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
We try to keep www.moyrastamping.com as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that any particular product will always be available.
All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you the money you have paid for it.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We believe that you will be pleased with the products you purchase from us but understand that there may be an occasion where you feel it necessary to return an item. As part of our commitment to customer service, we aim to keep these instances to a minimum and the process as simple as possible.
Unwanted goods
If you are a consumer you have a legal right to cancel an order during the period set out below. This means that during the relevant period if you for any reason decide you do not want to keep a product you can notify us of your decision to cancel the contract between us and you will receive a refund. Please note that this only applies to unopened and unused products.
You may cancel an order any time before the delivery of the products to you. If the products have already been delivered to you, you have a period of fourteen (14) days in which you may cancel, starting from the day after the day you receive the products.In order to cancel an order please contact us at hello@moyrastamping.com.

After receiving back the returned products we will refund you the price which you have paid us for that product (including delivery charges). We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 calendar days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation. All you have pay is the return postage of the goods.
Faulty/incorrect goods
If you receive an item from us which is faulty/broken or which you did not order, please send an email to us within 30 days of the purchase and we will arrange a refund including any applicable delivery charges or a replacement. In the event of you returning goods to us we will also pay you the reasonable cost of the return postage. Please contact us prior to returning any items.
LIABILITY
The information on www.moyrastamping.com website has been compiled with the greatest attention to detail. Nevertheless there might be errors or omissions on the site. If we are informed of any inaccuracies in the material on www.moyrastamping.com we will try to correct them as soon as we can. Benevia Ltd excludes any claims arising from inappropriate information on its website.
In particular, you agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any consequential or incidental damages (included but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss or privacy or loss of data) or any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or are related to www.moyrastamping.com.
Nothing in the above paragraph applies to liability in respect of products sold through moyrastamping.com.

Benevia Ltd acts as principal on its own account and not as agent for you or any other person.
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Benevia Ltd and may only be amended in writing.
These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of Hungary. This means contracts for the purchase of products through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by Hungarian law. You and we both agree that the courts of Hungary will have exclusive jurisdiction.
